AI Specialist for Customer Support
Hello! We are Billdu – a modern tech company and one of the most successful startups in Slovakia. Right now, one of our goals is to take our customer support to the next level. That's why we're looking for an AI enthusiast to help us automate processes, fine-tune our chatbot, and enhance our support operations.
What will you do?
AI Automation & Improvement
- Experiment with different technologies to streamline and automate as many support processes as possible.
- Continuously look for ways to take things to the next level.
- Optimize AI functionality within Intercom.
Customer Support (with a twist!)
- Respond to customer emails and chats (in English and Slovak) while identifying areas where manual work can be minimized.
- Design, test, and fine-tune the chatbot to make it as close to a real human as possible (in a good way!).
Bug Hunting & Collaboration
- When a customer reports an issue, you can describe it, categorize it, and escalate it to the development team.
- Test app functionalities, communicate with customers, and identify weak spots.
Translations
- Ensure language translations for different versions are accurate and high-quality.
- Work with colleagues to maintain a consistent tone and style that aligns with our company’s DNA.
Being "the voice of support"
- Share insights from customer support—ideas, feedback, and wishlist items.
Collaborate with the development team and management to ensure improvements make it to production.

What skills and qualities are we looking for?
- You have a technical mindset and love playing around with AI, chatbots, and automation.
- Fresh graduates are more than welcome – as long as you're passionate about AI!
- You're comfortable with English (written & spoken); other languages are a plus.
- You know what Jira, Trello, or other bug tracking tools are and can navigate them.
- You're proactive, eager to learn, and up for challenges.
- You enjoy innovating, optimizing processes, and having the freedom to implement your ideas.
- You know Intercom (or are excited to learn it).
