SimplyBook.me is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing manager to join our team, focusing on channel marketing, partnership marketing, affiliate marketing, and exploring new customer acquisition channels. The ideal candidate will be adept at building and nurturing relationships, driving growth through strategic partnerships, and expanding our market presence.
This role is pivotal in enhancing our brand visibility and contributing to our overall growth strategy. We currently have an Inbound & SEO manager as well as a video content manager and designer in our marketing team but are eager to hire a marketing manager with focus on our outbound activities to work closely with our current marketing team. We then have the support from team.blue to run all advertisements on behalf of the company.

At SimplyBook.me we're transforming the scheduling industry with our innovative online booking solutions, SimplyBook.me and SimplyMeet.me. With a strong presence in the US and the UK and exciting growth prospects in France and Germany, we're expanding our team.
Key responsibilities and requirements:
Market Strategy and Research:
● Create marketing strategy for SimplyBook.me and SimplyMeet.me
● Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to adapt strategies and explore new channels for growth.
● Use insights and work with marketing team to adapt marketing strategies to latest digital trends
● Analyzing the competition and market conditions and implementing strategies to ensure SimplyBook.me has a (continuous) competitive edge
● Utilize data analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
● Work with the marketing team to provide regular reports and insights to key stakeholders, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
Performance Marketing and Customer Acquisition:
● Develop and execute comprehensive channel marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive customer acquisition, both for SMB as well as Enterprise.
● Identify, evaluate, and onboard new partnership and affiliate opportunities, managing relationships from negotiation to execution.
● Utilize data analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize campaigns and ensure a positive return on investment (ROI).
● Collaborate with sales, product, and marketing teams to create compelling marketing materials and campaigns tailored for each channel and partnership.
● Implement targeted and efficient lead generation tactics to attract and convert potential customers.
● Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with customer acquisition objectives.
● Focusing on channel innovation to drive maximum customer volumes through marketing
● Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities driven through marketing automation with the goal of increasing product adoption, usage and ARPU
● Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of channel and partnership activities, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet business objectives.
Affiliate System management:
● Manage our affiliate marketing program, ensuring alignment with our brand values and business goals.
● Work in collaboration with the marketing team in nurturing our affiliates
● Create strategies to onboard more affiliates
Customer Retention:
● Develop and execute retention strategies to enhance customer loyalty and reduce churn.
● Implement personalized communication and engagement campaigns to nurture customer relationships.
Skills & Experience:
● 4+ years of experience in marketing for SaaS B2B companies , with a strong focus on channel marketing, partnership marketing, and affiliate marketing. Main focus on SMBs, but enterprise marketing experience a bonus.
● Proven experience in delivering successful campaigns with engaging communications.
● Broader commercial experience within digital marketing.
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
● Experience in email marketing excellence.
● Business development experience and channel marketing for SMB and Enterprise.
● Strong analytical abilities, with experience in performance analysis and ROI measurement.
● Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
● Knowledge of the scheduling software market is a plus.

● Experience using marketing platforms
● People-person with a knack for influencing and negotiating.
● Tools Proficiency: Proficiency in using SEO tools (like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console) to conduct research, monitor rankings, and uncover insights.
● Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
● Native English is an advantage - if not then excellent English skills.

Working Hours:
● 8 hours working day, starting between 8am - 10 am.
● This can be a complete remote role, hybrid if the candidate is in Limassol, Cyprus and also hybrid by working from some of the team.blue offices across Europe.
